Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Shapad Communications Limited (“Shapad”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use www.theshapad.com, why we collect it and how we look after it. We keep it simple: we only ask for what we need to reply to you and work with you.

What we collect

• Details you send us. When you fill in our contact form or message us, we receive what you share: your name, company or brand, email, phone number (if given), the service you’re interested in, your budget or timeline (if given) and your message.
• WhatsApp, email and phone. If you reach us through WhatsApp, email or a call, we receive your number or address and whatever you send in that conversation.
• Basic visit statistics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. These tools don’t use cookies to track you and don’t tell us who you are.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk about your project.
• To prepare proposals, quotes and to deliver work you hire us for.
• To keep the website working well and understand what visitors find useful.

We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.

Some trusted providers help us run this website and talk to you. They only handle your information as needed to provide their service:

• Cloudflare hosts and secures this website.
• WhatsApp carries any chat you start with us.
• Google Maps shows our location on the Contact page. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
• Our email and form provider delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project conversations for as long as we need them to work with you and for our business records, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just get in touch using the details below.

Keeping it safe

This website runs on a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit who at Shapad can see your details.
